Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 can artichoke , hearts or bottoms, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Place all ingredients into food processor and puree. Serve with tortilla chips.
