Asian Steak Marinade

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup spicy oyster sauce
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hot chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Chinese 5-spice
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, powder
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon curry, powder

Directions:
Mix everything together and pour over the steaks.

Refrigerate for at least 4 and up to 48 hours, being sure to flip them according to marinade time; ie. once for 4-8 hours marinade time and every 8-12 hours for 24-48 hour marinade time.
